- Dance classes for adults General Dancing 101 – 60 min
8 lessons / 8 weeks – Introduction to most practical selection of what Couple Dancing has to offer.

Get comfortable on the dance floor. Enjoy this Introduction to Couples Dancing.
Get all-around basics applicable to any social setting, plus get a taste of something from Latin American Club dancing family – Merengue, something Ballroom – American Rumba, something Swinging – Single Swing – and some Tango.
Best intro for those going to a party – you never know what they’ll play.
This introduction will teach you how to feel the rhythm, how to lead and follow elements like turns, passes and other basic patterns, how to move with comfort, how to feel confident and have fun with others.
What if we are in a hurry?
- Saturdays Crash Course – 90 min
5 lessons / 5 weekends – an intensive way to get the Introduction to most practical of what Couples Dancing has to offer.
Time: 1:30pm – 3:00pm – only 7 couples
After completing this course, you could join any General 101- 102 group class already in running.
5 lessons 90 minutes each on 5 consecutive Saturdays
